Welcome to Digital Web Zones. By purchasing our Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) or Google Ads services through www.digitalwebzones.in, you agree to the following No Refund Policy.

1. Advertising Results Disclaimer

Digital Web Zones provides professional advertising strategy, campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting services. While we apply industry best practices to maximize campaign performance, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, inquiries, sales, conversions, revenue, or Return on Investment (ROI).

Advertising results depend on many factors beyond our control, including:

Your product or service quality
Your pricing and offers
Website or landing page experience
Industry competition
Target audience behavior
Customer response time
Your sales process and follow-up
Market conditions
Meta and Google advertising algorithms

2. Lead Quality & Conversion

Our responsibility is to professionally create, manage, optimize, and monitor your advertising campaigns. However, whether a lead converts into a customer depends entirely on your business operations, service quality, pricing, sales team, follow-up process, customer support, and overall customer experience.

Digital Web Zones is not responsible if leads are not qualified, do not convert into customers, or fail to generate revenue.

3. No Refund on Advertising Budget

Any advertising budget allocated to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or Google Ads is used directly for campaign delivery on their respective platforms.

Once the campaign starts and the advertising budget is spent, no refund will be provided for any amount spent on advertisements.

4. No Refund on Setup & Management Fees

Once work has commenced, all payments made for the following services are strictly non-refundable:

Campaign Creation
Audience Research
Keyword Research
Conversion Tracking Setup

Creative Design & Copywriting

5. Campaign Performance

We continuously monitor and optimize campaigns using industry best practices. However, campaign performance may vary due to platform updates, audience behavior, seasonality, market competition, policy changes, and other external factors beyond our control.

6. Campaign Cancellation

Clients may request to pause or stop their campaigns at any time. However:

Advertising budget already spent will not be refunded.
Campaign setup charges are non-refundable.
Campaign management fees are non-refundable.
Completed services remain fully chargeable.

7. Client Agreement

By purchasing Meta Ads or Google Ads services from Digital Web Zones, you acknowledge and agree that:

Advertising results cannot be guaranteed.
Lead quality and conversions depend largely on your business and sales process.
No refund will be issued for advertising budgets already spent.
No refund will be issued for campaign setup fees.
No refund will be issued for campaign management fees.
No refund will be provided if leads do not convert into customers or sales.

Therefore, all campaign setup fees, management charges, consultation fees, and advertising budgets spent on Meta or Google Ads are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or campaigns have gone live.
