Because SEO involves manual work, tools, resources, and third-party platforms, refunds are limited and governed by the policy below.

2. Refund Eligibility

• The project has not started after payment

• No SEO work, setup, or execution has been initiated

• Request is made within 24 hours of payment

• No deliverables (reports, backlinks, audits, content, setups) have been shared

3. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Keyword research, audits, backlinks, guest posts, or on-page SEO has begun

• Reports or progress updates have been delivered

• Google Search Console, Analytics, or tools have been set up

• Delay caused by client (missing access, approvals, content, or feedback)

• Client changes mind after work initiation

• Rankings or traffic expectations not met within a short time

• SEO stopped due to violation of search engine guidelines by client website

4. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Digital Web Zones does not guarantee:

• #1 rankings

• Instant results

• Fixed ranking positions

• Traffic or sales numbers

SEO results vary due to factors beyond our control, including Google algorithm updates and competitor activity. Lack of expected results does not qualify for a refund.

5. Monthly Subscription Policy

• All SEO packages are monthly, prepaid services

• Clients may cancel future billing anytime

• Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle

• No refunds for the current or completed month

6. Third-Party Costs

Any cost spent on:

• Guest posts

• Paid listings

• Tools

• Publishing platforms

• External services

is non-refundable, even if the project is paused or canceled.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services

• Blacklisting of the client account

• Permanent termination of contract
